This class focuses on developing student creativity by allowing them to realise a project of their chosen subject or topic. Sophie supports each project to maturity by providing tailor-made technical advice and complementary notions to help students progress. The Adult 'Autonomy' class is ideal if you wish to refine your technique and to flesh out your style and themes or to explore a new medium or paint type from scratch.

Adult - 'Guided'

The Adult 'Guided' class is intended for all levels, from beginner to experimented artists. It is designed to help students connect with the source of their artistic intuition and frame their creativity with technique and knowledge. Themed exercises will allow students to explore the work and technique of renowned artists such as Klimt, Matisse or Rothko. Directed research on thematics and colours will help students frame their rapport to the artwork through the 5 questions and acquire the technical skills to pursue this exploration.

Teen - 'Portfolio'

Opened in 2015, with a 100% admission rate for alumni applying to university courses, this class is intended for teenagers that want to prepare for art studies as well as those who simply want to develop their practise of art. It focuses on building confidence, finding a distinctive artistic identity and building a complete portfolio of around 20 pieces. Students will refine their works through a syllabus of guided exercises and research, following Sophie's motto to "learn the rules to learn how to go beyond them".
